FMS CELEBRATES INDEPENDENCE DAY

Faridabad Model School celebrated the 80th Independence Day on 15th August with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The ceremony was graced by the Interactors and Director- Mr. Umang Malik of Faridabad Model School along with the esteemed members of Rotary Club Aastha, Faridabad.

The celebration commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, as the National Flag unfurled proudly against the morning sky, filling everyone present with a deep sense of patriotism and pride. Students of Interact Club of FMS & Jiva Public School and members of Rotary Club Aastha joined together to honour the spirit of freedom and remember the sacrifices of the nation’s brave freedom fighters.

Adding an environmental dimension to the celebrations, a Tree Plantation Drive was also organised at Green Belt near Faridabad Model School. Interact Club students and Rotarians actively participated in planting saplings, reaffirming their commitment towards a greener and healthier future.

The combined celebration beautifully reflected the values of patriotism, service and environmental responsibility. The active participation of the Interactors and Rotarians made the occasion meaningful and memorable, inspiring everyone to contribute towards the nation and its environment.

The event concluded with a renewed pledge to uphold the ideals of unity, responsibility and service to society.
