FMSIANS VISIT THE WOMEN POLICE STATION

An Inspiring Learning Journey: FMSians Visit the Women Police Station

The students of Class III from Faridabad Model School visited the Women Police Station, Sector-16, Faridabad, on 11 August 2026. They were warmly welcomed by the police officials and taken around various sections of the station, including the control room, record room, lock-up, and complaint desk.

SHO Inspector Ms. Usha Rani interacted with the students and answered their questions about the functioning of the police station. The students learned about different police ranks, their roles and the various kinds of help and support provided by the police to citizens.

They were also sensitised about appropriate and inappropriate touch, encouraged to speak up when they felt uncomfortable and motivated to learn self-defence techniques. A demonstration of the police communication system helped them understand the use of modern technology in crime detection and public safety.

The visit was an enriching learning experience that helped students appreciate the important role of the police and inspired them to respect the law and become responsible citizens.

The school thanked SHO Ms. Usha Rani and the Women Police team for their warm hospitality and guidance. Director Mr. Umang Malik appreciated their efforts to educate and empower young citizens and strengthen community relations.
